教学工作与其他工作不同,涉及教师和学生双方的问题,矛盾的主要方面则是教师的主导作用,但教师的主导作用只有通过学生的主观能动性才能实现。教师是学生的楷模,要言传身教,教师的一言一行对学生都会产生深刻的影响。教师在学生的心目中印象越好,他就越能赢得学生的敬佩,也就越能受到学生的喜欢,自然连同他所教的这门课程也就喜欢上了。
Teaching work is different from other work, involving both teachers and students, the main aspects of the contradiction is the dominant role of teachers, but the teacher’s leading role can only be achieved through the students’ subjective initiative. Teachers are the model of students. To precept and example, teachers’ words and deeds will have a profound impact on students.
