用于临床诊断的传统心电图(ECG)已有八十多年的历史。这种临床 ECG 仅包含整个心电活动频谱中的低频部分(低于100 Hz)直到近年来,随着科术技术的进展对 ECG 中的100~500Hz 的高频成份才有可能进行实际的分析测量。因而至今临床 ECG 仅能反映大振幅、低频率的信息,而某些有价值的高频信息却往往由于其幅度太小而未能被临床上所识别。这些高频信息在 ECG 上称为切迹(notches)和扭挫(slurs)。三十年前,Langner 首先报导过对高频切迹和扭挫的研究。Reynolds 等人发现了高频切迹与常见心肌疾病间的联系,Flowers 等人通过解剖检查已证实了 ECG 高频成份与某些异常心脏病有关。Langner、Geselowitz 和 Ges elowitz 等人提出了通过
Traditional electrocardiography (ECG) for clinical diagnosis has been more than eighty years old. This clinical ECG contains only the low-frequency part of the entire spectrum of electrocardiogram activity (less than 100 Hz). Until recent years, the actual analysis of high-frequency components in the ECG of 100-500 Hz has become possible as the technology progresses measuring. So far, clinical ECG can only reflect large amplitude and low frequency information, but some valuable high frequency information is often not recognized clinically due to its small amplitude.
