为筛选出对苗期高羊茅安全的除草剂,在室内盆栽条件下,测定了高羊茅苗期对除草剂的耐药性。结果表明,当氟乐灵、除草通的用量为1.13、2.25kg/hm2,农得时、草克星的用量为0.30、0.45kg/hm2,快杀稗的用量为0.60、1.20kg/hm2时,对高羊茅安全,对株高、地上部鲜重和叶色无显著影响。酰胺类的甲草胺、乙草胺和都尔对高羊茅的生长有严重的抑制作用,不宜用于高羊茅苗期除草。圃草定结果与酰胺类的药剂类似,因而也不宜在高羊茅苗期施用。当恶唑禾草灵的用量为0.45、0.90kg/hm2,恶草灵的用量为1.5、3.0kg/hm2时,抑制高羊茅的鲜重和株高,但随着草坪的修剪,生长恢复,抑制作用逐渐减轻,而且不影响草坪草新生茎叶的数量,表明苗期高羊茅对这2种除草剂在该剂量下有一定的耐药性。
