随着社会经济的发展,城市化进程的不断推进,我国的工程建设行业发展迅速,工程建设的项目也越来越多。工程建设关系着人们的日常生活和社会的稳定和谐,因此在进行工程建设设计时就要格外的注意。工程建设设计是对整个工程建设项目进行计划和安排的,在整个工程建设中起到了承上启下的作用。为了保证工程建设项目的经济效益,有效地控制建设项目的造价投资,就必须要做好工程建设设计阶段的造价控制,合理的控制建设设计阶段的造价,能对工程建设项目整体的造价进行控制,本文从工程造价在建设设计阶段的重要性出发,发现了目前工程建设设计阶段中造价控制存在的问题,并针对问题提出了改进措施。
