当前,一些民族地区的职业教育由于价值定位不合理,造成毕业生大量外流、招生困难的问题,专业设置本土适应性较弱等诸多现象频频发生。要想全面结合民族地区独特传统文化,构建、发展特色职业教育,就必须要遵循因地制宜的原则,在推动其教育建设、发展过程中为民族共同教育体系的建立发挥积极影响。
At present, the vocational education in some minority areas has frequently occurred because of the unreasonable value orientation, the problems of graduates leaving a large number of graduates, difficulties in admitting students and the weak adaptability of professional settings. In order to fully integrate the unique traditional culture in minority areas and construct and develop specialized vocational education, we must follow the principle of local conditions and play a positive role in establishing the common ethnic education system in the process of promoting its educational construction and development.
