高职教育必须提高人文素质教育的重视程度,将学生培养为具备良好人文素质的技能型人才,以适应社会经济发展对人才的需要。英语课程作为实施人文素质教育的重要途径,要将人文精神培养渗透到教学过程中,充分挖掘英语教材中的人文知识和文化底蕴,运用富有人文精神的教学方法,从而为学生营造良好的人文素质培养环境,提高英语教学效果,实现高职教育高素质人才的培养目标。
