在加热温度1 080~1 250℃及保温时间5~30 min的条件下,研究了加热制度对氮微合金化HRB500E方坯奥氏体晶粒平均尺寸的影响。结果表明:在试验条件范围内,试验方坯的奥氏体晶粒尺寸随加热温度的升高、均热时间的延长而变大;当控制保温时间在15~25 min及加热温度1 080~1 200℃时,奥氏体晶粒长大速度较慢,晶粒平均尺寸比较细小、均匀;通过对试验数据的拟合,得到了在1 200℃以下方坯加热温度与原始奥氏体晶粒尺寸的关系模型。
The effects of heating regime on the average austenite grain size of nitrogen-microalloyed HRB500E billet were investigated at heating temperature of 1 080 ~ 1 250 ℃ and holding time of 5 ~ 30 min. The results show that the austenite grain size of the test billets increases with the increase of the heating temperature and the soaking time within the range of the experimental conditions. When the holding time is controlled at 15-25 min and the heating temperature is from 1,080 to 1,800, 1 200 ℃, austenite grain growth slow, the average grain size is relatively small, uniform; by fitting the test data obtained at 1200 ℃ billet heating temperature and the original austenite Relationship between grain size model.
