高风温热风阀首先是由西德的基米尔曼和詹逊设计的。这种热风阀可以适应1500℃的高风温和0.588MPa(6kgf/cm~2)的热风压力,是一种密封性好、耐高温、耐高压,既节约能源寿命又长的新型热风阀。鞍钢在1978年就开始研究这种阀。鞍钢设计院参考有关图纸资料,设计出与我国传统形式完全不同的高风温热风阀。炼铁厂在此基础上,参考西德有关资料,又进行了多次修改,在秦皇岛冶金机修总厂制造出我国第一台焊铸结合直径为φ1300mm的高风温热风阀,并在
