目的:探讨小儿误服氟乙酰胺时对心肌酶谱的影响。方法:分别于入院时和出院前检测血清门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(Ast)、肌酸激酶同功酶(CK-MB)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及EKG。并将轻度中毒组(26例)与中重度中毒组(16例)比较。结果:入院时心肌酶谱普遍升高占90.5%(38/42)。中重度中毒较轻度中毒组升高更显著,经统计学处理P<0.01。但出院前检测大部分恢复正常。二组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氟乙酰胺对小儿心肌损害明显,提示心肌酶谱越高病情越重。
Objective: To investigate the effect of FFA on myocardial enzymes in children. Methods: Serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST), creatine kinase CK (CK-MB), a-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (HBDH), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and EKG. Mild poisoning group (26 cases) and moderate to severe poisoning group (16 cases) were compared. Results: The prevalence of myocardial enzymes generally increased 90.5% (38/42). Moderate to severe poisoning more mild poisoning group increased more significantly, by statistical analysis P <0.01. However, most of the pre-discharge tests returned to normal. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Fluoroacetamide has obvious myocardial damage in children, suggesting that the higher the myocardial enzymes, the more severe the disease.
