目的了解医院内镜清洗消毒质量状况。方法采用目测、放大镜下检测和隐血试验检测方法。结果采样550件污染内镜,目测、借助放大镜、利用白纱布擦拭检测,合格率达95%以上。隐血试验检测关节轴和轴节螺旋阳性率分别为13.89%和13.33%。结论内镜器械先用手工彻底清洗,再进行超声清洗机加多酶清洗液操作,清洗效果较好,但各复杂部位仍存在隐血试验阳性情况,应注意采用综合手段彻底清洗处理。
Objective To understand the quality of hospital endoscopic cleaning and disinfection. Methods Visual inspection, magnifying glass detection and occult blood test detection methods. The results of sampling 550 contaminated endoscopy, visual inspection, with a magnifying glass, the use of white gauze wipe test, pass rate of 95% or more. Occult blood test test joint axis and axial spiral positive rates were 13.89% and 13.33%. Conclusions Endoscopic instruments were first thoroughly cleaned by hand and then cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning machine plus multi-enzyme cleaning solution. The cleaning effect was good, but there was still a positive occult blood test in the complicated parts. Therefore, thorough treatment should be paid attention to by comprehensive means.
