目的:优选苦参配方颗粒水提取制备法的最佳工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以苦参碱含量、氧化苦参碱含量、干浸膏得率为指标,考察加水量、提取时间、提取次数3个因素,对苦参配方颗粒水提取法工艺进行优选。结果:加水量、提取时间对实验结果有显著性影响,最佳工艺为:用6倍量的水,回流提取3次,每次2 h。结论:本研究优选的最佳工艺可用于苦参配方颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To optimize the optimum process for the preparation of Sophora flavescens granules by water extraction. Methods: Using orthogonal test method, with matrine content, oxymatrine content and dry extract yield as indicators, the factors of water addition, extraction time and extraction times were investigated. Make preference. Results: The amount of water added and the extraction time had a significant effect on the experimental results. The best process was: 6 times the amount of water, reflux extraction 3 times, each time 2 h. Conclusion: The optimal process optimized for this study can be used for quality control of Sophora flavescens formulation granules.
