我国农村人口占我国人口总数的一半以上,我国农业收入也是国家经济发展的重要组成部分,随着可持续战略的不断落实,农村可持续发展已经成为我国应该放在重要位置的关键任务。而法律在可持续发展中又具有非常重要的约束和规范作用,不过当前在我国农民可持续发展法律体系的建设过程中,仍存在诸多不足之处,本文就以此为题,针对其中的问题,分析促进我国农村可持续发展法律体系建设的有效对策。
