全国高校“社会主义经济理论与实践研讨会”第五次会议于1990年10月19日至23日在天津市举行。这次会议是国家教委“七五”社会科学研究重点项目的最后一次年会。国家教委、天津市有关单位,以及来自全国38所高校和有关研究机构、新闻出版单位的代表、特邀代表和列席代表等共百余人参加了会议。会议的中心议题是:①深入讨论治理整顿和深化改革的成效和问题,提出可供操作的对策建议;②继续研讨计划经济与市场调节结合问题;③就如何进一步完善承包制和推进股份则试点工作进行了讨论。
The 5th National Seminar on “Seminar on Socialist Economic Theories and Practices” was held in Tianjin from October 19 to 23, 1990. This meeting is the last annual meeting of the State Education Commission during the “Seventh Five-Year” Social Science Research Key Project.
