房地产在近年来一直是受到热议的话题,它的发展变化对我国民众的生活能够产生直接影响,政府部门对房地产的政策、法律也在不断更改与完善。房地产法律是我国房地产企业正常发展的必要保证,关于它的建设应当摆在重要位置。目前,我国房地产法律在建设过程中存在着较多的问题,我国政府部门需要对这一工作予以重视,敦促立法部门以及司法部门对其进行完善。本文分析了房地产法律建设存在的问题以及解决房地产法律建设问题的思路。
In recent years, real estate has been subject to hot topics. Its development and changes can have a direct impact on the lives of our people. The government departments’ policies and laws on real estate are constantly changing and perfecting. Real estate law is the necessary guarantee for the normal development of real estate enterprises in our country, and its construction should be placed in an important position. At present, there are many problems in the process of building our country’s real estate law. Our government departments need to pay attention to this work and urge the legislative and judicial departments to perfect it. This article analyzes the existing problems in the construction of real estate law and the idea of solving the legal construction of real estate.
