目的了解西安地区德国小蠊抗药性水平,为指导合理选择和使用杀虫剂,延缓抗药性发展速度,提高蟑螂控制效果提供科学依据。方法药膜接触法。结果西安市德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、乙酰甲胺磷、残杀威、敌敌畏、氟虫腈均产生了不同程度的抗药性,抗性倍数分别为3.935、2.794、2.539、3.128、1.800、1.485,均为低水平。结论应进一步加强蟑螂的抗药性监测,及时了解抗性发生的程度,采取相应的有效防治策略,减少媒介传播疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Blattella germanica in Xi’an area and provide a scientific basis for guiding the rational selection and use of insecticides, slowing the development of drug resistance and improving the control effect of cockroaches. Results The German cockroach had different levels of resistance to beta-cypermethrin, deltamethrin, acephate, propoxur, dichlorvos and fipronil, with the resistance multiples of 3.935, 2.794, 2.539, 3.128, 1.800,1.485, are low level. Conclusion Cockroach should be further strengthened drug resistance monitoring, timely understanding of the extent of resistance to take appropriate and effective prevention and control strategies to reduce the incidence of vector-borne diseases.
