1995年～1997年我院使用硬化剂作预防性治疗食管静脉曲张出血16例,现报告如下。1 资料和方法1.1 临床资料 16例中,男10例,女6例。年龄为29岁～65岁。多次发生食管静脉曲张出血者14例,其中曾行脾切除加分流或断流术后再出血2例。未出血2例。肝炎后肝硬化者9例,血吸虫性肝硬化4例,混合性肝硬化2例,原因不明者1例。根据Dagradi分类,食管静脉曲张程度,Ⅱ期1例,Ⅲ期3
From 1995 to 1997, 16 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding were treated with sclerotherapy in our hospital. The report is as follows. 1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Clinical data 16 cases, 10 males and 6 females. The age of 29 years old to 65 years old. Multiple esophageal varices occurred in 14 patients, of whom splenectomy plus shunt or re-bleeding after surgery in 2 cases. No bleeding in 2 cases. Hepatitis cirrhosis in 9 cases, schistosomiasis cirrhosis in 4 cases, mixed cirrhosis in 2 cases, unidentified in 1 case.
