目的探讨原发性血小板增多症(ET)伴脑梗死患者的临床特征和治疗方案。方法 35例原发性血小板增多症伴随脑梗死患者,按照自身病情给予中西医结合治疗方法 ,辅以针对性较强的护理干预,对35例患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果中西医结合治疗1个月后,35例患者的原发性血小板均呈现不同程度降低;3个月随访观察之后显示35例患者血小板基本恢复正常范围,仅有1例患者有轻度后遗症。结论采用中西医结合救治方法辅以针对性较强的护理措施能够有效治疗原发性血小板增多症伴脑梗死,临床效果显著,值得进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To investigate the clinical features and treatment of patients with essential thrombocythemia (ET) and cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 35 patients with essential thrombocythemia accompanied by cerebral infarction were treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine according to their own condition, supplemented by a relatively targeted nursing intervention. The clinical effects of 35 patients were analyzed. Results After one month’s treatment with Chinese and Western medicine, 35 cases of primary platelets showed varying degrees of reduction; after 3 months of follow-up observation showed that 35 cases of platelets returned to normal range, only 1 patient had mild sequelae. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment method combined with targeted care measures can effectively treat essential thrombocythemia with cerebral infarction, the clinical effect is significant, it is worth carrying out in-depth study and promotion.
