为加快产业结构调整升级,提高经济增长质量,深入推进节能减排,按照国家相关规定,我省实施了有史以来最为严格的环境综合治理、化解过剩产能和产业结构调整政策,制定了化解过剩产能的“6643”工程,使全省产能结构得到进一步优化,资源综合利用水平明显提升,经济效益实现好转,发展质量进一步改善,推动了河北经济结构转型升级和生态环境质量提升。
