由于病变部位及范围不同,淋巴瘤的临床表现可多种多样,尤其是原发病变在淋巴结外的淋巴组织时,常易误诊为各种其它疾病,以非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL)多见。我院1973～1987年收治的淋巴瘤中,有5例以淋巴结外的淋巴组织为原发病灶。在诊治的初期阶段曾分别误诊为消化和呼吸系统疾病。腹痛是胃肠道淋巴瘤最常见的症状。此5例中有3例就诊时均主诉有腹痛和其他症状。其中1例以右下腹疼痛、腹泻、大便带血、右下腹肿块、发热为主要临床表现。B超提示
Due to the different parts and extent of the lesions, the clinical manifestations of lymphoma can be varied, especially when the primary lesion is outside the lymph nodes, it is often misdiagnosed as various other diseases. Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) see. In our hospital from 1973 to 1987 admitted lymphomas, 5 cases of lymph nodes outside the lymph node tissue as the primary lesion. In the early stages of diagnosis and treatment were misdiagnosed as digestive and respiratory diseases. Abdominal pain is the most common symptom of gastrointestinal lymphoma. Three of these 5 patients complained of abdominal pain and other symptoms when they were treated. One case of right lower quadrant pain, diarrhea, stool bloody, right lower quadrant tumor, fever as the main clinical manifestations. B-Tip
