建设学习型党组织是为激发全党的思想活力和创新智慧,更好地驾驭社会发展中的各种矛盾,以创新思维开创中国特色社会主义事业新局面。为贯彻落实党的十七届四中全会提出的“建设马克思主义学习型政党”这一重大而紧迫的战略任务,中共中央办公厅专门颁发文件,强调要加强学习型党组织的建设。
The purpose of building a learning party organization is to inspire the ideological vitality and innovative wisdom of the entire party, better manage the various contradictions in social development and create a new situation in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics through innovative thinking. In order to implement the important and urgent strategic task proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Party for “building a Marxist learning political party,” the CPC Central Committee General Office issued a document specifically emphasizing the need to strengthen the building of a learning party organization.
