一、前言 化学铣切(简称化铣)工艺是近几十年发展起来的加工工艺之一。是一种新兴的化学切削金属方法,是种独特的化学加工方法。 早在五十年代,美国就已经采用化铁工艺来加工飞机的铝制品部件了。其后又对不锈钢、钛合金、镁合金等材料进行了化铣研究,并且建立了专门的公司。如:国际化铣公司、化学表面公司、化学外形公司、先进涂料公司。这些公司对化铣工艺都进行了广泛的研究。
