近年来,我国医学科学家提出,经常食用下列10种食物对人体健康是十分有益的。1.鸡鸡是最好的蛋白质来源之一。鸡的蛋白质较等量的牛肉为多,且脂肪含量较低。此外,鸡还能向人们提供一些硫、磷、铜和碘等微量元素,鸡肉又比较容易被人体消化和吸收。 2.比目鱼比目鱼富含能降低血液胆固醇并能增强人体体质的不饱和脂肪酸。较之牛肉、羊肉及禽肉,它能在更大程度上中和脂肪以降低胆固醇。比目鱼的蛋白质含量也很高,吃0.25公斤比目鱼,即可满足成年人蛋白质日需要量的一半以上。
