为提高卡玛合金箔式应变片的检测精度和稳定性,着重研究了卡玛合金最终热处理制度、组织与应变片材料要求的各项性能的关系。卡玛合金在合适的成分和工艺条件下,具有优质应变片材料的一系列良好性能。不同的最终回火温度对其电阻温度系数(TCR)有显著的影响。合适的回火温度可得到低TCR值。研究了合金的显微组织。合金冷轧后为单一的γ相固溶体,回火处理有γ′相析出。对于卡玛合金在γ′相开始析出的温度回火、在一定量γ′相和Υ相的配合下,可得到最佳TCR值及其他电性能。
In order to improve the detection accuracy and stability of kama alloy foil strain gage, the relationship between the final heat treatment system of kama alloy and the properties of the strain gage material is emphasized. Kama alloys have a range of good properties of high quality strain gage materials with the right composition and processing conditions. Different final tempering temperatures have a significant effect on their temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). A suitable tempering temperature results in a low TCR value. The microstructure of the alloy was studied. After the cold-rolled alloy is a single γ-phase solid solution, tempering γ ’phase precipitation. For the Kama alloy tempering temperature precipitation of γ ’phase, in a certain amount of γ’ and Y phase with the best TCR values and other electrical properties can be obtained.
