目的建立用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定食品包装材料中溶出锑含量的方法。方法将试样用去离子水清洗干净,搪瓷试样加入4%沸乙酸浸泡,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇树脂为原料的试样按器皿表面积加入4%沸乙酸浸泡。取浸泡液加入硫脲-抗坏血酸、盐酸后按仪器设定条件上机测定。结果实验表明,在灯电流为30mA,负高压为300V,载流为5%盐酸时,锑的浓度在0~100.00μg/L时线性关系良好,检出限是2.55×10-5 mg/L,相关系数是0.999 6,相对标准偏差是1.00%,加标回收率是93.00%~102.00%。结论方法具有操作简便、环保,灵敏度高,准确度高等特点,适用于食品包装材料中溶出锑的检测。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of dissolved antimony in food packaging materials by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The samples were cleaned with deionized water, the enamel sample was immersed in 4% boiling acetic acid, and the samples of polyethylene terephthalate resin were immersed in 4% boiling acetic acid according to the surface area of the vessel. Take soaking liquid add thiourea - ascorbic acid, hydrochloric acid after the instrument set conditions on the machine measured. Results The experimental results showed that the linearity of antimony was good at the concentration of 0-100.00μg / L with the lamp current of 30mA, the negative voltage of 300V and the current of 5% hydrochloric acid. The detection limit was 2.55 × 10-5 mg / L , The correlation coefficient was 0.999 6, the relative standard deviation was 1.00%, and the recovery rate was 93.00% ~ 102.00%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of simple operation, environmental protection, high sensitivity and high accuracy. It is suitable for the detection of dissolved antimony in food packaging materials.
