通过动物实验，观察了强心宁煎剂对阿霉素致充血性心力衰竭大鼠的心功能及脂质过氧化的影响，以地高辛为对照组，用药１５天，结果表明：强心宁和地高辛均可减慢心率、增加心输出量、提高射血分数和机体中抗氧化酶活性、抑制脂质过氧化反应。其中以强心宁大剂量组疗效尤为明显，说明强心宁煎剂能够改善充血性心力衰竭大鼠的心功能，抑制脂质过氧化反应，对充血性心力衰竭有较好的疗效。
Through animal experiments, the effects of Qianxining decoction on cardiac function and lipid peroxidation in rats with congestive heart failure caused by adriamycin were observed. Digoxin was used as a control group and was administered for 15 days. The results showed that: Both Ning and Digoxin can slow down heart rate, increase cardiac output, increase ejection fraction and antioxidative enzyme activity in the body, and inhibit lipid peroxidation. Among them, the effect of Qianxinning high-dose group was particularly obvious, indicating that Qianxinning Decoction can improve heart function in rats with congestive heart failure, inhibit lipid peroxidation, and have good curative effect on congestive heart failure.
