人力资源管理在现代企业管理中居于核心地位,是具有内在的建设性潜力因素,是企业生存与发展、始终充满生机和活力的特殊资源。实践证明,重视和加强人力资源管理,有利于促进企业生产经营顺利进行,有利于调动职工积极性,提高劳动效率,提高企业经济效益,提高企业竞争水平和可持续发展能力。煤炭企业是我国传统能源企业,在管理模式上不适应现代企业发展要求,制约了煤炭企业持续健康发展。文章分析了煤炭企业人力资源管理现状,指出其存在的主要问题,探讨了加强和深化煤炭企业人力资源管理与开发的对策。
Human resource management occupies the core position in modern enterprise management. It is an intrinsic and constructive potential factor, a special resource that is always full of vigor and vitality for the survival and development of an enterprise. Practice has proved that emphasizing and strengthening human resources management is conducive to promoting the smooth progress of production and management of enterprises, which is conducive to arousing the enthusiasm of staff and workers, improving labor efficiency, raising the economic efficiency of enterprises, and enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and the ability of sustainable development. Coal enterprises are the traditional energy enterprises in our country, and do not meet the requirements of modern enterprise development in the management mode, which restrict the sustainable and healthy development of coal enterprises. This paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management in coal enterprises, points out the main problems and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen and deepen the human resources management and development in coal enterprises.
