地方政府债务性风险已经成为我国目前经济风险中的不可忽视的风险之一。由于我国的个别地方政府存在着盲目的投资或者通过不恰当的融资平台进行融资,甚至由于我国地方政府的财务管理制度存在严重的缺陷,导致我国的地方政府债务存在着很多的问题,本文将分析地方政府的债务存在的风险,以及对这些风险提出防范的措施,希望可以对今后的个别地方政府起到积极的作用。
The debt risk of local government has become one of the most important risks in China’s economic risk. Due to the blind investment of some local governments in our country or the financing through improper financing platform, even because of the serious defects of the financial management system of local government in our country, there are many problems in our local government debt. This article will analyze The risks of local government debts and the measures to guard against these risks are hoped to play a positive role in the future of individual local governments.
