山东省第一台50/45大型全钢双级真空挤泥机4月6日在济南市新兴建材机械厂研制成功,并已投入批量生产.该机是新兴建材机械厂根据国家对墙体材料的改革、节约能源、保护耕地、改造实心砖、大力发展空心砖的精神,结合我国国情,消化、吸收意大利、西班牙等国的先进技术,精心设计制造而成.该机制造完成后,首先在新兴建材机械厂空心砖分厂进行了试生产,生产出的空心砖完全符合国家标准要求.据有关专家测定,该机真空度高达92%,挤出压力3.OMPa.生产能力每小时1～1.3万块(折普通砖),超过了设计要求,是生产新一代墙体材料的理想设备.正在该机制造完成、进行试生产过程中,“1994
