本文报告1987年2~5月与1988年2~4月在江苏无锡、扬州与上海奉贤等地对三带喙库蚊越冬后发生规律及其生理年龄组成的调查结果。该蚊在无锡,上海于3月份出现,4月中旬明显增加。2月当气温高于11℃时,在畜棚可诱捕到个别成蚊。幼虫于4月下旬出现,新蚊于4月底与5月上旬出现。扬州所捕蚊时间比无锡、上海晚约一个月。早期所捕蚊为未产卵蚊,受精率为98%;翅鳞与胸悬骨测试表明,该蚊为高龄蚊,发育蚊占94%,吸血蚊表现为生殖营养协调。二氧化碳对早期蚊诱捕作用并不明显。
