该文比较β-葡糖-全反式维生素A苷酸和全反式维甲(RAG)与全反式维甲酸(RA)在大鼠的吸收、排泄与代谢。实验前,用HPLC纯化RAG和RA。~(14)C和~3H标记的RAG和RA被分别溶解于100μl乙醇内,并分别配制成300mg的霜剂。根据HPLC和放射活性计数确定每种霜剂所含标记的维甲酸的纯度与稳定性。
This article compared the absorption, excretion and metabolism of β-glucose-all-trans retinoic acid and all-trans retinoic acid (RAG) and all-trans retinoic acid (RA) in rats. RLC and RA were purified by HPLC prior to experiment. ~ (14) C and ~ 3H labeled RAG and RA were separately dissolved in 100 μl of ethanol and formulated into 300 mg of cream. The purity and stability of the labeled retinoid contained in each cream was determined by HPLC and radioactivity counts.
