当前我国很多高校都开设了行政管理专业,但是就教学水平来看,这些高校都普遍存在着实践教学不足的问题,这严重局限了高校行政管理人才的培养,因此需要对之前的教学模式进行总结分析,找出其中存在的不足,并将案例教学加入其中,通过案例教学的应用让学生对所学知识有一个更加具体直观的认识,摆脱纯理论教学的距离感和模糊感,这对于增强高校行政管理专业学生的实践能力有着积极的作用,应在高校行政管理专业中进行广泛的推广。
