立井井筒是矿井建设的关键工程,加快新井建设,缩短建井工期,提高立井的施工速度是重要的一环。尤其今后立井的比重越来越大,井筒越来越深的情况下,提高立井的施工速度就更显得必要。影响立井施工速度的因素很多,下面就其主要因素和改善途径谈谈个人看法。 一、应努力实现打干井 立井井筒施工,一般都要穿过几个含水层,如果对立井涌水不加治理,顶水强行作业,工人的劳动条件差,效率低,排水时间长,机电事故多,井壁质量无法保证,施工速度很难提高。
