城市的发展必然导致大量的农民离开土地,随着城镇化建设,失地农民不断增加,随之而来的是失地农民生老病死成为影响社会稳定和经济发展的重大问题,特别新近出现的失地农民就业环境的恶劣和居住生态环境的变化,不得不引起人们和有关部门的高度关注.针对这些问题,我们从法律层面找出关于失地农民法律保障的缺失,提出构建全方位的失地农民的法律保障机制.“,”The urban development causes the massive farmers to leave the land inevitably,along with the urbanization construction,Landless peasants increase unceasingly,what is following is Landless peasants' birth and death to become the affect society stable and the economic development major issue,specially recently appeared Landless peasants' employment environment bad and the housing ecological environment change,can not but cause the people and Department concerned's high attention.In view of these questions,we discover from the legal stratification plane about Landless peasants law safeguard flaw,proposed that constructs omni-directionally Landless peasants' law safeguard mechanism.
