这是测定麦株渗透调节力,借以筛选在干旱条件下较高产品系的方法。于孕穗期,将盆栽植株移入可调控环境条件的室内进行干旱处理。在缺水期,间取每个品系的旗叶样品10片左右,测量渗透势和水势并测定土壤相对含水量。当确定这些数据和土壤含水量间的相关后,利用渗透势或水势值在-2.5Mpa时的相对含水量的估计数对各品系作出评价。在干旱条件下,渗透调节力高的品系对低水
