以沈阳华府新天地C4塔楼超限高层建筑为例,从理论分析和抗震设计上对其进行了详细的分析和探讨。重点介绍了该工程的体系特点、基于抗震性能目标的抗震性能化设计的具体原则和方法、整体小震弹性计算、弹性时程分析补充验算,针对不同构件分别进行中震不屈服、中震弹性、大震不屈服验算,针对薄弱部位采取相应加强措施。最后针对同类型的超限高层建筑的抗震设计给出了几点建议。
Taking the over-limit high-rise building of Xintiandi C4 in Shenyang, China as an example, this paper analyzes and discusses in detail the theoretical analysis and seismic design. The system characteristics of the project, the specific principles and methods of seismic performance design based on the seismic performance objectives, the calculation of the overall earthquakes elasticity and the analysis of the elastic time-history are emphatically introduced. According to the different components, The earthquake did not yield to the test, to take the appropriate measures to strengthen the weak parts. At last, some suggestions are given for the aseismic design of the same type of overrun high-rise buildings.
