县级工会在我国工会组织体系中,处于特殊重要的地位,它直接面对基层,贴近职工群众,是工会组织承上启下的中间环节和重要层次,发挥着“枢纽”作用。因此,做好县级工会工作,对于搞好整个工会工作至关重要。2002年3月至5月,我就县级工会工作情况,对河南省内黄具,山东省莱州市、龙口市,安徽省休宁县、寿县及巢湖市居巢区,江苏省如东具、江阴市等4省的8个县级工会工作情况进行了调研。现结合调研情况,就进一步加强县级工会工作谈一点看法。
County-level trade unions hold a special and important position in the system of trade union organizations in our country. They directly face the grassroots level and are close to the masses of workers and staff members. They are the intermediate links and important levels that trade unions hold in order to play a “pivotal” role. Therefore, to do well the work of county-level trade unions is crucial to improving the work of the entire trade union. From March to May 2002, I worked on the work of trade unions at the county level. I conducted a survey on the work of trade unions in the county level in Henan Province, Laizhou City in Shandong Province, Longkou City in Anhui Province, Xiuning County in Shou County in Anhui Province, Juchao District in Shou County and Chaohu City in Jiangsu Province, , Jiangyin City, 4 provincial 8 county-level trade unions conducted a survey. Now with the research situation, to further strengthen the work of county-level trade talk a little opinion.
