输卵管结扎术在计划生育手术中占有重要地位。为了推广和改进这一手术,我所协同解放军253医院对结扎手术过程进行了分析,发现用拉钩拉开切口后,施术者往往凭手感用钩型器械拉出输卵管后进行结扎。这对施术者提出了较高的技术要求,否则容易发生错钩和损伤事故。另外,手术切口较大,术野不清,不易准确确定输卵管的位置和检查其周围组织。针对以上情况,我们改革和试制了一套新型结扎器械,其外形及结构见附图。图中A用1毫米厚不锈钢板弯成U形槽状,前端U形槽脊装有一3V胃镜灯泡,可供施术者观察输卵管所在部位,并检查其周
Tubal ligation occupies an important place in family planning operations.
