改革开放以来,特别是近5年来,我国在提高企业管理水平方面有了长足的进展。但是,目前我国企业管理与建立社会主义市场经济体制和企业发展需要相比、与国际企业管理先进水平相比,还存在许多问题和不足。据有关调查显示,在被调查的样本企业中,有6.78%的经营者认为企业的管理水平与世界同行优秀企业相比差距很大,有29.81%的企业认为差距较大,有51.58%的企业认为有差距,三者之和共计88.17%。仅有11.2%的企业认为企业的管理水平与世界同行优秀企业接近,认为管理水平超过世界同行优秀企业的企业只占0.63%。
Since the reform and opening up, especially in the past five years, China has made considerable progress in improving the level of corporate management. However, at present, there are still many problems and deficiencies in the management of enterprises in China compared with the need to establish a socialist market economic system and the development of enterprises, compared with the advanced level of international enterprise management. According to relevant surveys, among the sample companies surveyed, 6.78% of the operators believe that the management level of the company is far behind that of the world’s peers. There are 29.81% of the companies think that the gap is relatively large and there are 51.58% of the enterprises. We think that there is a gap, and the sum of the three sums is 88.17%. Only 11.2% of the companies believe that the management level of the company is close to that of a world-renowned company. It is believed that only 0.63% of the companies have management skills that exceed those of world-leading peers.
