安塞油田王窑西南区块是典型的低渗透油藏,可通过压裂改造提高采收率,而在压裂施工中,通常导致压后返排率低,其残留物堵塞支撑剂填充的孔隙空间,降低裂缝渗透率,使得压裂效果不理想。本文针对油藏特征与性质,开展了压裂液体系的优化分析,最终得到压裂液优化配方,并对该配方的压裂液流变性、抗剪切性能、破胶性能以及配伍性进行评价。
The southwestern block of Ansai oilfield Wangliu is a typical low permeability reservoir that can be enhanced by fracturing to improve oil recovery. In fracturing, it usually results in low backflow rate after pressure and the residue clogged with proppant-filled Pore space, reduce fracture permeability, making the fracturing effect is not ideal. In this paper, according to the characteristics and properties of reservoir, the optimization analysis of fracturing fluid system was carried out, finally the optimal formula of fracturing fluid was obtained, and the fluid rheology, shear resistance, gel breaking property and compatibility of the fracturing fluid were evaluated .
