教师专业发展理念的基础前提则是自主性,促进教师专业发展的有效途径和方法反思和教学模式的创新。教师专业发展的根本性原则就是教师之间的相互合作,根据当前教育形势下的日语教学的特征,本文主要从日语教师如何实现自主性以及使用自我监督的方式来实现反思。就实现教师间的相互合作、相互促进的互动小组方向,对于日语教师专业发展的实践探索。
The basic prerequisite of the concept of teacher professional development is the autonomy, the effective way to promote the professional development of teachers and methodological reflection and teaching model innovation. The fundamental principle of teacher professional development is the mutual cooperation among teachers. According to the characteristics of Japanese teaching under the current educational situation, this paper mainly reflects on how Japanese teachers can achieve autonomy and use self-supervision. To achieve the mutual cooperation between teachers and mutual promotion of interactive group direction for the practice of Japanese teachers to explore professional development.
