本文描述了耐火高铝矾土原料混合中的磨损现象。在混合机中钢刮板极易磨损,而堆焊了金属陶瓷的刮板却有良好的抗磨损性。磨损现象由刨削原理作出解释: 1.硬度如此高的矾土尖锐角颗粒,像刨刀切削钢材一样,强烈地磨损钢制刮板; 2.堆焊了金属陶瓷的刮板,由于堆焊表面具有极高的硬度和刚度,在混合机运转中能粉碎矾土颗粒尖端,而只发生轻微的磨损。 试验结果表明:堆焊了金属陶瓷的刮板比钢制刮板的寿命可提高到30倍以上,对抗磨粒磨损具有实用性。
This article describes the wear phenomena in the mixing of refractory bauxite raw materials. In the mixer steel scraper extremely easy to wear, while the surfacing of the cermet scraper has good wear resistance. The phenomenon of wear is explained by the principle of planing: 1. A sharp angle of bauxite particles with such a high hardness, like planing steel, strongly wears the steel scraper. 2. The metal-ceramic scraper is deposited by surfacing, With extremely high hardness and stiffness, the tip of the alumina particles can be pulverized while the mixer is operating, with only slight wear. The test results show that the life span of metal-ceramic builders is over 30 times longer than that of steel scrapers, which has practicality against abrasive wear.
