现有的消炎镇痛药以片剂和胶囊剂为主,因水溶性小,故水剂、注射剂较少见。本文旨在改造现有消炎镇痛药的结构,将水溶性大的解热镇痛药氨基乙磺酸,通过酰胺键与水溶性小的消炎镇痛药异丁苯丙酸结合起来,探讨它的水溶性和并合后的药理作用。本文所合成的产物是一个新化合物,未见文献报道,其化学结构已经光谱证实。动物试验初步表明,该化合物具有明显的生物活性:抗炎作用与地塞米松注射液相似;镇痛作用与安乃近注射剂相似,水溶性较大,它可能成为一个具有临床使用价值的新药。
