为了将金川矿山的矿坑废水开发成为矿山胶结充填生产用水,分析了金川各个矿山矿坑废水的化学成分,进行了矿坑废水对32.5级水泥和对充填体质量的影响程度对比试验研究,得出了金川不同矿山矿坑废水对32.5级水泥强度有负面影响,但对充填体早期强度有正面影响、对充填体中后期强度既有正面也有负面影响的结论。结果表明,金川矿山的矿坑废水经过沉淀处理后,可以作为金川矿山胶结充填的生产用水。
In order to develop the mine waste water of Jinchuan mine into the cementing filling production water of mine, the chemical composition of each mining mine pit wastewater in Jinchuan was analyzed and the comparative study on the impact of mine wastewater on 32.5 grade cement and filling body quality was carried out. Waste water from different mines has a negative impact on the strength of 32.5-grade cement, but has a positive effect on the early strength of the filling and has both positive and negative effects on the strength of the later-filling of the filling. The results show that the Jinchuan Mine’s mine waste water can be used as production water for cementation filling in Jinchuan Mine after sedimentation treatment.
