目的采用临床和示教室两种方式的考核,了解内科护理人员不同情景下“三基”操作考试的成绩差异,分析护理人员不同情景下“三基”操作考试成绩差异的可能原因,并制定相应对策。方法抽查18名护理人员在不同情景下进行“三基”操作考试,并进行统计分析。结果同一组人相同项目不同情景的操作考试在评估、准备2项的扣分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);流程扣分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理人员不同情景下“三基”操作考试的成绩存在差异,科室应该采取多种方式培训护理人员的“三基”操作,提高护士在操作中的应变能力。
Objective To evaluate the differences of medical examiners’ “three base” operating tests under different scenarios and to analyze the possible causes of differences in the “three base” operating exams for different nursing staff in different situations , And develop appropriate countermeasures. Methods A random sample of 18 nursing staff conducted “three basic” operation tests under different scenarios and carried out statistical analysis. Results The same group of people in the same project in different scenarios of operation examination in the assessment, preparation of two points of the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); flow difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion There are differences in the scores of “Three Basics” test in nursing staff in different situations. The department should adopt a variety of ways to train nurses ’“Three Basics” operation in different situations to improve nurses’ adaptability in operation.
