本文以1982～1985年128名幼儿的追踪观察资料与同一时期内的瞬间观察资料进行对比,分析了幼儿时期脉搏、血压变化的规律、特点,脉搏与血压和身高、体重与血压的相关关系。结果证明脉搏频率与平均血压呈高度负相关;身高和体重与平均血压呈高度正相关。
In this paper, 128 children from 1982 to 1985 follow-up observations were compared with the instantaneous observation data in the same period. The changes of pulse and blood pressure during infancy were analyzed. The correlations between pulse and blood pressure and height, body weight and blood pressure were analyzed. The results showed that the pulse rate and the mean blood pressure was highly negative correlation; height and weight were highly positively correlated with mean blood pressure.
