高水头水电站高压明钢管通常设计有伸缩节和进人孔两个单体构件,水头越高要求越高,乃至超出常规加工工艺才能达到.元江依萨河二级水电站钢管水头达861m,设计压力达994m,使进人孔设计、加工特别复杂.本文提出将两个构件合并为一个同体结构,简化了设计和加工制作条件,节约了投资.系国内首创,对同类工程具有推广实用价值.
High-head hydropower station high-pressure steel pipe is usually designed with telescopic section and into the hole two single components, the higher the higher head requirements, and even beyond the conventional processing technology can be achieved.
