并购浪潮汹涌澎湃,渐行渐近。它冲击着传统的观念和思维方式,因而我们要关注、了解和学习并购。如今,并购已成为全球直接投资主流。1999年以来,并购金额在全球外国直接投资总额中有8成之多。联合国贸发会议将2000年世界投资报告的主题定位“全球并购与发展”。研究全球的经济问题、投资问题,必须研究全球并购。并购是企业低成本扩张的有力杠杆,是企业集团结构调整的基本方式,更是中国产业整合走向全球化的重要依托。
M & A tide surging, approaching. It shocks the traditional way of thinking and thinking, so we need to focus, understand, and learn about M & A. M & A has now become the mainstream of global direct investment. Since 1999, the amount of mergers and acquisitions has amounted to more than 80% of the total global foreign direct investment.
