1 病例报告患者男,45岁。于1993年7月无明显原因右眉中部长出一绿豆大小结节,无何感觉,未在意。2月后结节逐渐增大,并见右眼睑、额部、头皮出现数个结节,结节易破溃,少量出血,结痂,伴轻度疼痛、瘙痒。患者既往健康,否认外伤史,家族中无肿瘤患者。于1993—10—17入院。体检:发育良好,右下颌及颈部、耳后可触及3个蚕豆大小淋巴结,较硬,活动,无触痛。心肺及肝脾未见异常。皮肤科情况:右眉中部向上8 cm×8.5 cm 范围内见12
1 case report patient male, 45 years old. In July 1993, there was no obvious reason why the minister made a mung bean-sized nodule in his right eyebrow. After 2 months, the nodule gradually increased, and several nodules were seen in the right eyelid, forehead, and scalp. The nodules were easily ulcerated, a small amount of bleeding, crusting, mild pain, and itching. The patient was previously healthy, denied a history of trauma, and had no cancer in the family. He was admitted to the hospital from 1993 to October 10-17. Physical examination: well-developed, right lower jaw and neck, three broad bean size lymph nodes can be touched behind the ear, hard, active, no tenderness. No abnormalities were found in heart, lung, liver and spleen. Dermatology: 12 cm x 8.5 cm in the middle of the right eyebrow
