通过计算讨论了简化的炼铅炉渣中PbO、ZnO含量及CaO/SiO_2、Fe/SiO_2的选择对冶炼过程的影响。指出OSL法对低Pb/Zn精矿的不适应性,提出浸没送料式氧化熔炼后续ISP或电炉回收铅、锌的原则设想。建议实际工业过程选用高CaO/SiO_2、低Fe/SiO_2渣型,并在允许范围内尽可能提高渣中ZnO含量。
The effects of PbO and ZnO content and the choice of CaO / SiO_2 and Fe / SiO_2 on the smelting process were discussed through calculation. It is pointed out that the OSL method is not suitable for low Pb / Zn concentrates. The concept of lead and zinc recovery from subsequent ISP or EAF by immersion feed oxidation smelting is proposed. It is suggested that high CaO / SiO 2 and low Fe / SiO 2 slag should be used in practical industrial process, and the content of ZnO in slag should be increased as much as possible within the allowable range.
