近日,中国股市迎来新一轮“大牛市”,大盘横扫了千五,并站上了千六。股权分置改革的市值已超过了七成。管理层说,资本市场正处在一个重要的转折时期,面临新的发展机遇。的确,在方方面面特别是投资人付出较大的代价后,在我国资本市场创立了十五年后,我们又获得了一次机会,可以重塑这个市场。在这个后股改时代,制度建设成为当务之急。近日,由华东政法学院研究生院和检察风云杂志社共同主办的“法学博士沙龙”邀请了知名学界和业界专家专题研讨“后股改时代的制度建设问题”。
